SEMS featured on KSLA local news – City of Shreveport enlists outside help cleaning up trash along major roadways

SEMS, Inc. was featured in a story on KSLA 12 about working closely with Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development to keep major thoroughfares clean and safe.  This is an ongoing project that started early in 2022.  The Assistant Director of Public Works stated that they noticed that they could not keep up with amount of trash in the city with inhouse resources and made a plan to outsource the work.  This is where SEMS came in.  Ioannis Petikas leads our Industrial Hygiene team and manages the company’s Shreveport office, as well as this project.   Click here for the full story.
