SEMS was contracted by Air Liquide to dismantle and remove an Air Separator Unit (ASU) plant down to the foundation. This project took 5 weeks to complete including 1,200 incident free man hours.
Work Performed:
Removal of all project lines, mechanical and process equipment
Removal of 30 Vac containers of Perlite material from the cold box (20 cyds each)
Removal of box (12 feet in diameter & 120 feet long) using a 300-ton crane.
500 tons of ferrous/non-ferrous iron salvaged/scrapped
